That is quite harsh... Not false but harsh.
Birth control was the last straw though. Not because women are naturally promiscuous, but because it does make the body think it's pregnant. And when a woman outside of stable relationship gets pregnant, the best strategy to survive is to quickly sleep with 5 guys and find who will accept her. (and her body believes this for decades)
I truly believe, that without birth control, our society might return to normal ridiculously fast.
