It’s interesting watching terms like “autogynephilia” and “peak trans” go mainstream, after seeing them evolve on /r/GenderCritical, seeing troons try to silence them with the banning of /r/GenderCritical, and having the movement persist anyways.
I think the real mistake was when they started going after people’s kids, and trying to force their way into women’s sports, two topics which were wildly unpopular with the public, and highly visible to the public.
Oh no, I’m quite happy about this development. Trans activists need to hear a firm and collective “No.” from the general public.
