Nothing brings me more pain, then listening to advice about sleep from people who had never had problems with sleep.
"If you make sure you wake up at the same time, your body will make sure to go sleep ok time." Yeah.... definitelly.
Wake up at nine. everything is ok.
Go sleep at 4am.
Wake up at 9. I am a bit tired.
Go sleep at 3am.
Wake up at 9. this is getting hard.
go sleep at 5pm.
Wake up at 3. damn...
Go sleep at 3am.
How is this shit supposed to work? I hate these idiot gurus!!!
I’ve had plenty of problems, the “make yourself wake up at the same time” thing works once you get over the hump because it helps you reastablish a circadian rhythm
Screens make it hard because the blue light emanating from the monitor stimulates us and keeps us awake. If you haven’t already, I would install f.lux on your PC, and make sure you have Night Light and Bedtime Mode set to on for Android. Not sure about iOS because I don’t use it.
@dave
I want asking for an example.
@dave
The advice you've told me is the 2nd most common advice out there.
Right after "stop drinking coffee".
So, I guess, thanks for advice?
I am sorry for lashing out, but this was the thing I was complaining about. If the solution was the one of the obvious ones, I wouldn't be suffering it after 20 years of trying to fix it.
