Odysee emailed me back and restored my channel. So based on this, it was probably just trolls mass reporting me and not a letter from the government telling them to censor me

@LukeAlmighty @tfmonkey in theory, anything on lbry is there forever I think. You'd have spin up your own instance to access banned material.
Scott Cunningham had a video on Odyssey about it. I think it was "the problem with Odyssey".

He briefly touches on how odysee is just a front end to lbry and you can spin up private instance. This interface is undocumented.
My read was that you could still get at blockchain items.
I'm not smart tho, so there's a chance I'm wrong.
