I have just called a bank
1)Could activate a 2FA.:

2) So, can you at least send me info about the payment?

3) So, what if someone else makes the payment?

I'm changing my bank realy soon... 
@LukeAlmighty that bank can only be a kiosk that sells chewing gum. All else is too much responsibility for them.

At this point, I would not trust them with food, even some that never expires.
