In czech language, it's equivalent to say See you at 20 to saying See you at 8.
Although, people preffer to use the 12h system in most cases.
@LukeAlmighty I was being specific about english. We say "see you at 20 Clock" in german. The english equivalent that would work for this is "20 o'clock"
