first someone has to raise susbstancial amount of money, 4-5 milions should be enough
then, we will buy few serious 0days
armed with them, someone will have to write supercomplicated malware
we would also need to deploy a few agents irl
at that point, whats left is hacking every major centre of unicode consortium and delete unicode from existence
