It's so tragic, that psychology idiots no longer categorize autism to subgroups or AT LEAST as aspergers and autism.
I get, that there are some autists, who don't speak, and others, who will never leave childhood, so why do these idiots not crate a separate groups?
I was reading an internet discussion about an incident, where autistic 16YO did a thing, and people don't know, if they should expect him to be mental 5yo, or a normal kid who doesn't like eye contact.

Yes, and that is my point.
Right now, psychologists don't even use the "high funcioning" term. And asperger was quite a good solution.
@eris
For the example, people are saying repeatedly, that a 16yo with autism should not attend a public event.
Well, fuck me, but I get quite triggered, when these people think, that my slight dislike for eye contact, or increased interest in systematic thinking means I should always be guarded by a parent.
@dangerdyke @eris
Fuck "normal passing". What kind of a retarded phrase is that?
I am not normal by any means, and I don't care to be. I am autistic with pride. Same as I am a male and proud.
To try to pass as something else would be retarded.
