Apparently the guy who attacked the FBI building thought that he could get through bulletproof glass with a nail gun…because bullets aren’t nails?
This would never have worked. A nail applies the same kinds of forces a bullet does, but while carrying far less energy.

Well, nail does have a smaller area that the pressure is applied to.
And yes, I know it was dumb, but I see how the mistake was made.
