It's called mansplaining, and it is, when a man responses to a sentence containing a question mark. In this case, it would be response to "Why do guys do this? Men elaborate."

Well, it's not even impossible, but the characteristics I require of a friend are just really rare for a woman to have.
I know about 4 women I wouldn't mind grabbing a beer with. but that is still a ridiculously low number.
