I seriously hate the fact, there is now an open debate on "quiet quitting".
First, it is posioning the well for any new employee who will want to work properly, since bosses will have a new reason not to trust them.
And second: You idiots are making it public. What part of QUIET do you not understand?

There is no phenomenon. Some people work more, while other are lazy fucks. But to see a group who define themselves as "quiting" cannot be good.
@LukeAlmighty 'quiet quitting' used to be known as 'stay and quit' and i read about it in a book thats like ten years old

Funny. My boss calls it "work/life balance", and calls it essential.
It's the framinng, that drives me insane, since it does imply unbelievable ammount of lazyness.
@LukeAlmighty @LukeAlmighty it's a normal response to quiet-firing, where they make it impossible to grow and ascend in your career (if you even have one instead of a dead end grinding job)
