Not gonna lie, this is my nightmare.
I seriously hope my exercise won't end up with me having a huge belly anyway.

@LukeAlmighty These guys have extreme dietary requirements and their stomach and organs swell up from it. You will be fine, if you just exercise and lift normally. Even if you really push yourself, you won't end up looking like these modern bodybuilding freaks.
@CatLord @LukeAlmighty From memory the swollen stomach was a side-effect of some supplement/drug. Also it's essentially impossible for a natural lifter to turn into that, so don't worry about it.

You won't become a freak who can't wipe their own arse just because you lift weights, use protein powder and creatine.
@Crux_Invictus @CatLord @LukeAlmighty My understanding is that the use of insulin is what causes the swollen belly.

Even with consistent lifting and steroid use you'd be hard pressed to ever look like open weight bodybuilders. Their entire lives revolve around looking like that.

It's closer to a celebration of mental illness than a sport at that level. I appreciate the commitment and will required, but these guys are lucky to live past 45.
@LukeAlmighty that's roidbelly. stay natty and it won't happen. even if you're all bulk and all power all the time, worst you can do is gregg earnst
