I took a look at czech law and....
It's not defined in the letter of the law.

So, I would have to ask some real lawyer. And I am not brave enough to try.

@LukeAlmighty @VTArgyle Where I'm at the law clearly states "person", which I would assume excludes all fictional characters, similarly to in the USA.
It's not the case in the Czech Republic?

It is in the perfect gray zone IMHO. I hate that shit.

Altough, "osobu, jež se jeví být dítětem" literally translates as "person, who looks like a child", meaning, that good enough dwarf porn IS in fact illegal in here.

And yes, it also says "a person" in here, but it is not formed linguistically in such a way for it to make a clear difference.
