Absolutelly impossible to compare.
Different speed, sense, intensity, required focus.

Well, if I listen to an audiobook about the Lord of the rings, or read the book, and years later I recall information about the book it doesn't seem to matter. And I'd say the same is true about a biography or autobiography for me.
