Women are retarded, that doesn't mean there isn't a poor people problem that needs to be solved, but taking even so much as a penny from the middle class and under is not how you solve this issue. The poorest levels of society should be reserved for the shittiest people and the wealthiest levels of society should be reserved for some of the greatest inventors and businessmen of our time...but that isn't the case. There are a lot of good poor people and a ton of shitty wealthy people. There needs to be a way that basically normalizes the bell curve which ideally should be a very tall bell shape, meaning that most people are middle class and only the best and the worst are at the extreme ends. People with antisocial tendencies deserve to be poor and those that actually benefit greater society the most through their contributions deserve to be wealthy and you will see that wealth returned to greater society because that is what those type of people do. Not sure how you'd accomplish this without a radical change in both culture and government. Certainly impossible in current day America.
