(i mean seriously, Praha 8 is possibly the weirdest and most idiotic municipal district of them all, if you saw anything like that in the US, you'd be yelling gerrymandering like there's no tomorrow, that's not actually the case here, but it's still dumb)

@LukeAlmighty there are of course other districts that combine a bunch of different places, well, all of them essentially, but in case of Praha 8, it doesn't actually work
