Yeah... no, that isn't what a healthy community looks like.

It's what happens when centralization pulls too many people to one place. The destructive powers of humans are unbeatable so the place becomes hell to survive.

Which btw is what happens to multicultural societies, just to be edgy and get some fediblocks while I'm on the subject.

Yeah, the more people you want at one place, the more culturally homogenous they have to be.

And big cities have no common culture in the slightest.

@LukeAlmighty hasnt been really my experience but dealing with spam by requiring karma is not a bad idea, as for the medical question, it also makes sense, you see similar stuff on bug report pages in github and such
