Real, or really good satire?

@moffintosh Hogg’s dad is a retired FBI agent, and the retired FBI agent says we don’t.

@dave @moffintosh Fun fact: The courts have allowed discrimination based on applicants being too smart for the FBI and other law enforcement. They do love their tards.

@polarisera @moffintosh I know what case you’re referring too, but it was a local law enforcement gig, and they had applicants take an aptitude test, requiring scores in a range that implied the applicant had an IQ of 95-120 or so as I recall.

What they wanted were cops intelligent enough to do the job, but not so intelligent that they’d get bored with it as I recall. Anyways, the applicant from the suit in question scored a little too high, the courts sided with the police force because their argument made sense, and there aren’t discrimination laws that prevent you from turning someone away for being too smart.

That was just one case, though. It’s not a widespread thing, and I sincerely doubt that any federal agencies would turn someone away for being too smart.

> It did happen, we know it happened, but I refuse to believe it happens.

bruh.

@LukeAlmighty @moffintosh @polarisera This policy excludes more dumb cops than it does smart ones. It seems like a fine policy honestly.

Now, I know you're just trolling.

Because no serious person would ever write, that policy of Max IQ does exclude dumb people.
