I don't understand the menus in the restaurants.
1) they have multiple menus, and sometimes, they don't even bother telling you, that you can ask for more of them.
2) They fucking take the menus away, after you made your first order. WHYYYY?
Anyone cares to explain? My autism cannot handle this.

That doesn't make any sense... 
If you have to ask again, you're making a barrier preventing some people from ordering again.
And, people get the "ideas" while reading the menu. They don't even think of a desert, until they see that artistically perfect picture.

They take up space on the table. You're supposed to order everything at once. Starters, drinks and mains. If you're getting a dessert then you can ask for the menu after having finished the mains course.
