Income disparity is a seriously hard topic to tackle.
While the boss does not work 380 times harder, he does in fact risk 380 times more with his decisions, and 380 of "9-5 employees" do not create any new jobs,l on their own (mostly thanks to fucking ridiculous labor laws)
One issue:
Most if this can be measured but seriously, one dude baking bread can be considered to be feeding hundreds of people, which produce so much and therefore he should be paid thousands monthly. No, it's not fair to get "Trasitive" with CEOs and not with workers.
Another issue: The CEO risks losing POTENTIAL revenue. Not actual revenue, so that's a factor, too. Considering just 4-5 years of CEO wages can provide for the basics of living for their whole life, there needs to be a QoL factor applied to wages and contributions at work.
I think the CEOs adapt their QoL to their high wages, which is their choice.
Huge discussion
