This time by cutting parts of functionality and re-selling them as DLC.

And by making a Windows OS modular, they will try to (((again))) make a version, that supports only the windows store apps.

The problem is, that it is also such a huge change, that they never managed to push it through the pain test. (even an average CEO feels exploited when using it.)
