One of the things I’ve really cottoned to in recent years is how far behind the power curve you are as an only child. You really benefit from getting to know women when you have sisters, it’s a chance to learn how to manage them w/o sexuality being involved. You have to maintain a relationship on good terms w/o being able to tap into that bonding effort.
Only children have a few disadvantages they don’t really notice, dating is one of them. They end up playing catch up when they start finding a gf…and the later they start, the less forgiving their girlfriends will be. It’s a rough, sad cycle.
