Several parts of Winblows EULA for example are legally invalid in Europe and Australia cause they go against consumer laws of those regions. You can bet Adobe EULAs are the same deal, but if you live in US it wouldn't be that far fetched that Adobe would try to file a lawsuit on some known creator over this shit, whether they would win in court or not is another thing though.
