No, this is important.

It is actually a most important thing I learned in Skyrim.

Skyrim = below average game.
Skyrim, if you remove dragons = An interesting RPG.

+ If you also make enemies difficulty independent of your level = Actually an interesting world

+ if you make your leveling based on quests... HOLY SHITT, ACTUALLY A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT GAME!!!
