I know there were a few people who'd say something like "evolution is not a theory, it's a fact", to emphasize that evolution has so much evidence behind it, that it reaches a point beyond the average scientific theory and it's an indisputable fact as much as gravity is. But that's not where dark matter is at. The amount of things we know about dark matter pales in comparison with the things we don't know.
