I ran a fedi poll on gender switching genres from futa to non human entities and pretty much everyone agreed futa was more gay than any genderswap genre. The next gayest was body swapping.

So people agreed someone doing a full genetic change from a male to female was way less gay than a dude swapping bodies with a girl and becoming a slut for dick.
