@YeetLibs ok what is the $2000 truck miscellaneous for? Why would anyone work for them if it’s $200 for approx 55 work hours a week?

So, he was payed bellow 4 dollars per hour, but it's ok, because he's paying for company services he doesn't even know about. :peepoClownWeird:

I hope there were a few accidents that week.

@LukeAlmighty @RehnSturm256 Yeah but that will get placed almost solely on the driver. It's very complicated system of total surveillance on drivers the government and companies are in bed with to track literally anything that happens on or off the clock. There are like 10 different watchlists cdl drivers are on and one mistake even victimless bs of any kind can cost your career
I might do a post about it but it's so beurocratic and retarded I probably wouldn't do it legibly
@YeetLibs @LukeAlmighty @RehnSturm256 Then how the fuck are there so many Somalian truckers from Hawaii? (I've had several say they drove here the whole way from Hawaii)
@YeetLibs @LukeAlmighty @RehnSturm256 Like five minutes in, it turns out that that dispatch either forgot or "forgot" to report some of his work, so he didn't get paid for it. Some small businesses try to pull that shit because they often don't get paid until +30 or +60 days after a job, so they stall paying their employees to avoid temporarily covering the difference out of their own pocket.
@InceptionState @LukeAlmighty @RehnSturm256 This happened to me more than once. I fucking hate dispatchers idk how they fuckin put pants on in the morning sometimes
My current dispatcher is amazing but she's nearly retired and talks about it often idk what the company is going to do without her. We already lost one of my best points of contact with the lab production and planning side and it's been a shit show since
