I tried running a lot, but after 2 weeks, my body kinda gave up. (so, now, I am after a 4 day pause. I think I will make it 5 and start again.)
@LukeAlmighty Try to eat differently. Lower your calorie income but keep your protein intake high enough (at least 0,8 to 1 g per kg of your weight)
