@rlier23 Wokeness in a video game is like shit in ice cream. If it's only a tiny bit you might not realize, but once companies realize they can put it in, it will quickly become standard and in enough quantity to notice.

@Druid @rlier23 companies already do put a little bit of it into almost any game, and the people who make this shit want more, and the only reason they don't is pushback rom people who wanna make money and fear consumer revolt which won't happen, the standard already is poz bullshit in every game practically. hell even fromsoft named the male and female options type a and type b in elden ring, that's woke that' poz, sure it ain't REALLY a big deal, but again, that's the standard and you get accoustoned to just accepting that if you wanna game at all, and then they push it a little further.

@rlier23 @Druid well, in what way? us complaining on hte internet, and even not buying the games, hasn't really done much, bg3 is top seller on steam, and every reviewer is like "zomg a game that is functionally complete and doesn't have day one dlc" like that wasn't just the standard 10 or 15 years ago lol. do you remember the days when every nobody reviewer on youtube used to shit on call of duty's yearly release and complain about this being a bad standard for the industry, but call of duty still sold millions of copies yearly cuz most people just buy the game and don't even watch reviews on youtube? then additionally a lot of people who agree in principle with the statements, also just bought htem cuz "well my friends bought it and i wnna play with them"
