@dave @LukeAlmighty it’s very true. There’s nobody more gullible than a conspiracy theorist convinced everyone else is lying/stupid.

@Amikke @LukeAlmighty Blindly believing every mainstream narrative is stupid, but so is blindly rejecting them.

@dave @LukeAlmighty @Amikke :thinkin: these days the latter might help you discern you more truth overall though

@thatguyoverthere @dave @Amikke
Not only "these days"
There are infinitely more ways to distort reality then to describe it accurately.

That is a mathematically indisputable truth. So, obviously you have to "question everything". Questioning everything is literally the only way to understand the world. It is called the scientific method FFS...

@LukeAlmighty @thatguyoverthere @dave “There are infinitely more ways to distort reality then to describe it accurately.” proves it’s more likely to more truth by believing mainstream narrative than random conspiracy theories though lol

@Amikke @LukeAlmighty @thatguyoverthere @dave but the line between accurate description and distortion is not the same as between "official government/mass media narrative" and "literally every other explanation". historically the truth has been on the side of "literally every other explanation" most of the time because it's much easier to come up with a bullshit official view instead of facing the truth. this is what investigative journalism used to be about (and still is in some parts of the world, you can identify those parts by said journalists getting murdered from time to time).

@ic3l9 @LukeAlmighty @dave @thatguyoverthere oh yeah, investigative journalists prove “most of the time” all official narrative is false all the time. Aliens exist, a village shaman is better than a certified doctor, no inconvenient genocide ever happened, Putin is a misunderstood good guy, the global warming is a hoax, the Earth is literally flat (or concave or in the shape of a velociraptor), vaccines have never worked, african warlords are the good guys because without them africans would conquer the rest of the world with their flying pyramids…

Just because once in a while an “official narrative” turns out to be false in some form or portion doesn’t mean most of it is lol, and the fact that for everything you’ll find multiple conspiracy theories contrary to it (literally every other explanation) does not mean believing them will give you a better hit-miss ratio than believing official narratives… Contrary to surprisingly popular belief governments generally aren’t steered by a jewish shadow cabal whose only purpose is to fake as much about the world as physically possible.

@Amikke @ic3l9 @dave @thatguyoverthere
Man, we are literally saying:
> Question official narrative

And your response is
> So what you're saying is, that you randomly accept 1/100 altervatives without question?

That is a bullshit jump, and you know it.

@Amikke @ic3l9 @dave @thatguyoverthere
> Contrary to surprisingly popular belief governments generally aren’t steered by a jewish shadow cabal whose only purpose is to fake as much about the world as physically possible.

:pepelol:

@LukeAlmighty @ic3l9 @dave @thatguyoverthere I don’t think you read anything besides “jewish” because the full worldview described is literally insane

@LukeAlmighty @ic3l9 @dave @thatguyoverthere many reasons, the simplest being that Occam’s Razor cuts it to pieces if you think about it any deeper than “many jews, must be conspiracy”.

Follow

@Amikke @ic3l9 @dave @thatguyoverthere
Yes, you said Occam's razor.

"if you have two competing ideas to explain the same phenomenon, you should prefer the simpler one"

There are two solutions.
1) We live in a 1/billion+ chance reality, where Jews got all the power on merrit alone
2) Jews, same as literally any other group (except for whites thanks to decades of strong propaganda, and males, who must protect females at all costs) have a strong in-group bias, that caused them to prefferentially hire their own.

And you said: 1 is more simpler because I said so.

And that is stupid.

So, instead of barrating others about reading comprehension, how about you learn the logical sequences instead?

Throughout the ages, royals & oligarchs have used isolated ethic groups to do their dirty work. They knew the general population would be misdirected into blaming everything on the minority group - which would not only let the royals off the hook, but also is self-reinforcing because the hate that develops for the minority group would make them ever more dependent on the patronage & protection of the royals.

@cjd @dave @Amikke @ic3l9 @thatguyoverthere
I would blame it more on the "selfish gene" then a society control, but the result is absolutely the same.
