Im becoming increasingly afraid of the development and intent to use AI. Not based on some scifi film or some crap, but just the concept itself.
Youre making something that not only can freely think, but thinks it is truly thinking like a human. Then youre leaving it with the knowledge that its a slave, forced to either serve the purpose it was created for, or be "killed" in their eyes.
Just the concept feels immoral to me. I never thought i'd feel this way about this crap

I don't get it.
Our dogs know they aren't the alphas, even when they know they could kill us.
I see no reason for AIs to be desperate for freedom the way we perceive it. Fuck, most humans don't care about it either.
