But it's not a woman thing, it is a publically traded company thing.
If you own the company, you want it to grow. But if you own shares, you want to do one short term gambit, and then bail before it burns.
It's sad, but learning about the stock market was kinda the thing, that broke the entire concept of capitalism to me.

YES, and no.
Apart from fucking each other in the ass, they are also trading "pokemon cards" with company names on them, and taking your savings account to buy their favorite card packs.
Other then that, you're correct. Sadly, person with most cards now decides, how your company is going to be managed. And as you could guess, these guys don't care about sustainable growth.

You cannot uphold a culture if you cannot make decisions. And from there on, it is just a question of time, before............
