@Terry isn't this an EU thing? like EU citizenship allows you to vote in a "countries" elections as long as you live there. (because the actual country is the EU, members states are just that, states. but europoors are in denial).

this seems to imply that there is such thing as EU citizenship. i base this on the fact that it declares EU nationals are EU citizens.
