He is just arguing from a place of emotions.
Most "neurotypicals" have a point, where their brains just lock up, and instead of analyizing arguments, they just throw shit hoping something changes your mind.
When you reach that point, you have to either quit, or break their emotional frame, and that part is nearly impossible, since you have no idea what it even is 90 percent of the time.
You know it's not even a real argument, because superheroes do their fucking most brutal shit in order to not get arrested. But you know... details.

This is btw why the troon debate is so difficult.
They know they are wrong, but their perception of their own gender is so twisted, that the idea of accepting they are men/women would make them snap.

Then obviously, you will at some point try to switch sides. Kike media are forcing the toxic forms of gender norms exactly for this singular reason.
I bought a trans man some food, and her brain broke. literally, she was unable to comprehend what was happening. That kinda confirmed the my worst case scenario, but at least I think I "get it" now.
