if they're bad completely randomly, why this assertion affect them? If your only position is "don't do genocide", wouldn't the next Hitler just never say he was going to do genocide? No, it is an excuse for bad behavior.
He had to saw the bad behavior his entire life, and at this point, he knows it cannot be stopped. So, he's targeting the backlash instead.
