I would hate to use stereotypes, but this sounds like some nigger street rat.

When they speak of of "rape culture" and "male gaze" they're thinking of niggers being niggers to them on public transit but it's unconscionable for them to just admit they justifiably hate niggers and collectively take it out on boys and men.
