I doubt that it is an "additional"
If you answer yes on one, you will automatically answer yes on the other one. Have you ever seen how badly worded the surveys are?
On the other hand, 20 percent feel comfortable answering yes. That implies a huge destruction of the social tabu. That is kinda more important fact that you can extract from the data.
