Today in "what even are women" part 2
Also, I was wondering why was it so triggering, and as always, it's so multi-layered, I wonder how can people miss all of them.
1) Eating alone in a restaurant should not be a life changing event in your 20s. I remember going when I was 13, and who knows if I did it sooner.. What would be stopping them? And even if this was unique for one person, I would get it. But there are many women affirming it. WHAT THE HELL?
2) They are calling it a date.
Calling that narcissistic would not atart to cover the insult that is actually using this word for a solo event. No... it's worse. It implies, that what women see as a date is purely defined by their feelings instead of actually getting to know another human being. It is a deep cut to any guy who actually cared about a person sitting on the other side of the table more, then about the food they were eating.
Wow.... what a post
