Remember when they wear merch t-shirts and you, as someone who bothers to actually follow and engage in whatever their merch shows, ask the most basic-bitch questions possible that anyone who is interest in it knows and has their own preferences and you get a look as if you've just killed someone?

Cause you did, you killed their pathetic attempt at getting male attention.

But they had the attention.
They had FULL attention.
It's not hard to show what you are. But I want to talk to what you actually show. Not dig through 20 layers of masking FFS.

@LukeAlmighty Lately Im kinda bothered at the lack of pours and blemishes in women's faces. It makes for good looking faces in movies and for uncanny faces irl.
@LukeAlmighty Most people know nothing about the things they're ostensibly passionate about and women tend to be worse than men about this, hence their outrage that you'd put them on the spot.

@Dicer

@NEETzsche @Dicer
How is it putting someone on spot?
I know shit about sewing, and I have several times faced the fact, that I don own an overlock machine. So what? I still can talk about the parts that I am passionate about, and when I hear others talk about the hobby, I am happy to listen.

The shit I hate is someone being angry about it. So, am I supposed to just say: You like wow? Cool.... and never talk about it again? What a great conversation.

@LukeAlmighty I agree that they're being totally unreasonable but you should bear in mind that they think it's wrong to impugn their stature in any context, even if you don't intend to. They'd probably characterize any action that makes them betray their ignorance on any subject they claim to know about as a "micro aggression" unto itself.

:laughingimps:

So yeah. Take that for what you will
