This was seriously eye opening moment to me, when it comes to military technology. You can have the biggest stick ever created, and it gives you a 4 year advantage if you're dumb enough to let the manual slip away. That is, why it's better to just make 20 and burn the blueprints, hoping that you will make something better once it's needed.
