Helldivers might be the first game I know of, that gives NEXT TO NO POSSIBILITY to drag your team down by your presence.

The bonuses you bring to your team just by your presence are so HUGE, that you absolutely welcome even randos.

That is quite new. I see how that made the game so community centric TBH.
