Here goes the mandatory training... 
It's kinda funny. People at work are doing a "complete seminar in 3 minutes challange", but even though it's nothing but struggle session, I want it to take the whole day.
Because I get payed to read at 3 words/min and make sure I FUUUULLLLLYYYYY understand it :D

The "don't say slurs" part is nuthing but neurotypical insanity, where you are supposed to access what the current californean anti-reality mindset is, and to form your every sentence around a fear of life-destructive consequences.
So, yeah.... Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuure. No anti-autism discrimination here.
It would be anti-autism if the anti-discrimination rules were put into effect without the mandatory training. If the logic was instead something like "everyone just knows where the boundary is".
