@grey At 100kg? I think down is the right way. Especially, since I'm already obese.
@LukeAlmighty That was about the weight I stopped being technically obese, guess it depends on the height. I'm down to 90.1kg this morning, I might get down to normal (not overweight) BMI this lifetime.
