As a fantasy, it's great, since it implies common understanding, that is way too similar to an ideal partnership.
But, I find is absolutely disgusting, when the porn is meatbag based, because there, my mind cannot disconnect the absolute disgust and consequences of these actions.

It's kinda cute actually. 
I guess in a similar way as some people find yandere to be cute in fiction, but reality can be dreadful.
@LukeAlmighty @ChristiJunior In hentai it's the easiest fetish to ignore since it's entirely non-visual. When it's mentioned in a passing line you can just skip that text and pretend they're classmates or something.
