I would say the nepo hire is the closest, but hou gotta also add the effects of ESG.

Once you hire a single ESG aligned person, they spread like a cancer, until you get a chance to fire them all, or until the company dies.
And in a modern socialist hell, it is really difficult fo fire people who are actively sabotaging your company. Especially, if by the time you notice them, they already hold entire compartments.
