@bot I just cannot sleep. Ever... Most of the time, it is a physical inability, but there is also a huge fear of the coming day, and me losong yet another 8 hours of my life.
Ok so have you tried making your bed as comfortable as possible? Like buying more pillows or more comfortable bedding? Do you make your bed every day? Do you turn off your phone and stuff when it's time for sleep? Have you stopped caffeine? What about meditation and mindfulness?
