I just spent 20 minutes reading comments on IG about the famous coffee burn case.
And even after years of education, Burgers still don't know that coffee is hot.
@LukeAlmighty I'm pretty sure the investigation found that McDonald's was serving the coffee at a higher temperature than they were supposed to. As I recall it melted her pants to her leg and she was hospitalized.

You cannot serve coffee above 100°, because you would get a cup of steam with some bean dust at the bottom.
