Second, when it comes to foreign aid, it was damn obvious that the shithole countries that were receiving US aid were ungrateful af, and just taking all those billions of US taxpayer dollars for granted - fuck 'em!
But seriously, what is Soft Power even supposed to achieve? I would assume it's meant to make countries willingly do what the US wants, right? In that case, Biden had NO Soft Power, since the only countries he could get to join his anti-Russia Jihad were the regular GloboHomo stooges. Even OBAMA, supposedly America's most hip and beloved president ever, had no meaningful Soft Power, because he repeatedly asked the European NATO countries to actually pay their fair share, and they refused every single time. Remember who DID manage to get them to increase their Defense spending? First term Trump! I guess whatever Trump loses in terms of Soft Power, he more than makes up for by actually not being a giant pussy.
Of course, do you know what IS a widely recognized form of Soft Power? Your country's Culture, and it's ability spread to other countries. As a young person, I deeply respect this soft power. I saw the young generation transfer from marver/Star wars /Star trek era of people who would die for American principles to my generation of passionate weeb pro-freedom gigachads to now young girls being willing to literally learn to speak Chinese.
It is a huge power, that makes the difference especially when deciding to lay your life for a country, that allows your kids to grow up in a world that you like....

Or paraphrasing it, that "Socialism was dead in the West". And oh boy he was wrong. In that sense, Samuel Huntington's "Clash of Civilizations" provided a more accurate portrayal of the actual development of politics in the west.
