Well? There's the issue.He had already won by the beginning, and he will still win as long as he doesn't fuck up his existence. So, what does he do? He somehow does exactly that. He fucjed up his existence, therefore he won't live his perfect life even in 100 billion years, when he had his wish granted.

I just really hope Jojo finally stops with all the time bullshit already. First time was perfect, second was bad, but the 3rd time the bad guy had a time based power, he failed on the simplest of simple rules of planning.
