I am getting job adverts for software engineers. What do I want to see in an ad? No BS, white guy who gets the job done and has a stable place to work.

Meanwhile, literally, all the ads show empty headed milenial women drinking coffee and gossiping. You could not make these ads more repulsive if you tried FFS!!!
